I’m a UX designer who enjoys making sense of complicated systems. Over the past several years, I’ve worked across e-commerce, internal tools, CRM, healthcare, and consumer products, often on projects where the interface is only one part of the problem. I’m especially interested in understanding how business rules, technical constraints, and operational workflows shape the experience people ultimately use.
At RHINOSHIELD, I’ve worked on everything from internal configuration platforms and global membership systems to order tracking, retail operations, and campaign experiences. What connects these projects is the same question I keep coming back to: what does the user actually need to understand, and what can the system handle for them?
I try to design experiences that make complexity feel manageable—not by hiding important information, but by putting the right information, decisions, and controls in the right place.
Got a complex problem, an interesting idea, or just want to talk design?
I’m always up for a good puzzle. Drop me a message.
